The micro switch is a contact mechanism with a small contact interval and a snap mechanism, which performs a switching action with a prescribed stroke and a prescribed force, and is covered by a housing, and a switch having a drive rod outside thereof is compared because of the contact pitch of the switch. Small, hence the name micro switch, also known as sensitive switch.
How the micro switch works
When the force on the transmission component is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the critical point of the action of the reed, the reverse action is instantaneously completed.
The micro switch has a small contact pitch, a short stroke, a small power, and a fast switching. The speed of the moving contact is independent of the speed of the transmission element.
